Tavernier Tschanz advised the sellers in the sale of Omnisens SA to Prysmian Group

Prysmian Group, world leader in the energy and telecom cable systems industry, has acquired Omnisens SA, a leader in high performance fibre-optic based monitoring solutions for effective real-time asset integrity monitoring.

Tavernier Tschanz acted as counsel to the sellers in this transaction, including Renaissance PME fondation suisse d’investissement, Vinci Capital SA and Credit Suisse Entrepreneur Capital AG.

The team was led by Jacques Bonvin and included Andrea Wuerzner.
